I'm Matt Knibbs
As Board member, senior leader & people professional, I've worked for over 20 years in different sizes, types & sector of organisation.
I champion that more positive results are realised when every voice has an opportunity to get involved in designing & changing the way things are done.
My work has always involved facilitation, from small meetings through to large scale transformations involving thousands of people.
Promethean Play offers training for people who want to become great facilitators and add to their toolkit, as well as delivering impactful workshops, often using LEGO® bricks, for organisations.
